In the early 2000s, Jennifer released two instructional DVDs: YogaFlo for Peace (2008) and YogaFlo for the Earth (2010), extending her mission of combining yoga with care for our planet.
Beyond her professional path, Jennifer is a proud mom of two boys. She carries the same compassion, joy, and grounding presence into her family life that she brings to her teaching and community.
