Join Bram for a special master class devoted to the wisdom of Yoga, Meditation, Hindu philosophy and psychology, each of which are practices that offer clear direction on how to co-create an awakened life.

We created a master class series of workshops for you to delve deeper into the practices of yoga, have more time to integrate and digest the teachings and give you a glimpse into how these aspects relate to other areas of your life.

Bram Levinson is an author (www.theexaminedlifebook.comwww.ayearinthelight.com), yoga & meditation teacher, blogger and mentor. Based in Montreal, he offers alternative approaches to physical, mental and emotional well-being, promoting healing and spiritual understanding of who we are, why we are here and what this life journey is really all about through group and private classes as well as mentoring sessions, workshops and yoga vacations. He has been on the faculties of multiple conferences, festivals and teacher trainings, and travels throughout the year to bring his teachings to students and teachers around the world.

At each turn of the season this 90-minute Chakra Flo class will realign your energetic centres to uplifting and inspiring music. Regular class passes apply, but you are also welcome to make a donation to Breakfast Club Canada: a non-profit organization whose mission is to nourish children’s potential by making sure as many of them as possible have access to a healthy morning meal before school, in an environment that allows their self-esteem to grow and flourish.

The first Chakra Flo class will celebrate spring and the first chakra: Mūlādhāra, on Tuesday, March 26th from 6-7:30pm.

There will also be the opportunity to surf at your own cost; rent a board and head out on your own, or take a personalized class with a surf instructor. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that your $500 USD deposit is final, non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Any remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date for the regular price and by December 1st for early bird rate.

  • If cancellation is made 75 days prior to the departure date and the amount has been paid in full, a refund for the balance only (excluding the deposit) will be issued as long as your space is filled by someone on the waitlist.

  • No credits or refunds if cancellation is not received at least 75 days prior of the departure date.

  • In the event that the retreat is canceled due to insufficient enrolment, your paid deposit and balance will be fully refunded.

  • Luna Yoga reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.

This cause is very near and dear to Jen's heart, and she is happy to be able to help raise funds for Giant Steps, the only school in Quebec solely focused on the teaching and treatment of those affected with autism from ages 4 to 21.

One in every 66 children in Canada is diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder every year. Jen is passionate about raising awareness and supporting this wonderful educational institution that helps so many.

The class will be 60 minutes of flow, fun and feel-good music! For every yogi who participates, Luna Yoga will donate $5 to the Giant Steps foundation.

The yoga scriptures are so vast that it can sometimes be daunting to delve into them on your own. This weekend will not only be about learning about various yoga texts, but also participating in discussion about how the teachings can be applied to our daily life, practice and classes. For those interested in learning to read yoga texts in their original script, as well as proper pronunciation of mantras for chanting in class, there will also be a portion of the weekend dedicated to Sanskrit.
