You will learn the basics of vinyasa yoga, meditation and breath work. The yoga practice not only allows you to build strength and flexibility in the body, but also creates more balance and tranquility in the mind.

Learn techniques to help you cope with emotions and stress and reconnect with your true self in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will leave with a feeling of peace, joy and self-assuredness with tools that you can easily put into practice in your life off the mat.

Confront your fear of turning upside down in this inversions workshop! As children we are often more adventurous and playful, less afraid to flip around or try new things. In this workshop you will build confidence in your inversions practice by learning a step by step approach to build strength, flexibility and stability.

We will cover exercises to build towards headstand (salamba śīrṣāsana), forearm stand (piñcha mayūrāsana), handstand (adho mukha vṛkṣāsana) and shoulderstand (salamba sarvāṅgāsana).
