Spring is finally here and it’s the perfect time to make space, start fresh and create new, positive habits. Join us for our Yoga & Zero Waste Spring Challenge this May!

Throughout the month we’ll be featuring different local, sustainable products in our boutique and sharing tips on how you can reduce your waste to positively impact the environment.

Week 2: Pranayama -- Get back in touch with your breath, open up space, re-balance and re-energize!
Week 3: Balancing -- Find your stability during a time of shift and change.
Week 4: Heart Opening -- Welcome the warmth with an open heart, ready for a new season and a fresh start.
Week 5: Inversions -- Flip around, turn upside down, get playful with your practice.

The ABCs of Acroyoga with Anna Kowaleski and Jaime Schmidt-Little

The ABCs of Acroyoga with Anna Kowaleski and Jaime Schmidt-Little

The ABCs of Acroyoga with Anna Kowaleski and Jaime Schmidt-Little
Saturday, June 15th, 2:00-4:00pm

In this two-hour workshop we will learn the foundations of Acroyoga through what we call the
ABCs (alignment, breath and communication). Acroyoga is not only a chance to try something new and take a cool picture (although, you will get the chance for both), but we will be focusing on the importance of ABCs to make the practice as intuitive as possible! We will be focusing on simple partner and group poses to build trust and understanding through communication, connection, community and creativity. No partner or experience is necessary; all you need is an open-mind and willingness to trust! (If you come with a partner, you will have the opportunity to practice with them, but also be open to working with others as many of the postures are done in groups of 3 or more).
