CAN I CANCEL MY “ACROSS THE UNIVERSE” MEMBERSHIP?

This is an autopay membership with no minimum commitment! If you love it, we hope you’ll stay with us forever. If it doesn’t work for you anymore, no problem! You are responsible for canceling your membership before your billing date to avoid being charged. We do not offer refunds.

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Most definitely. We know how busy life can get! To pause your membership, click here.
*We require 1 week notice for all pause requests.

ARE THE MEMBERSHIPS PAID MONTHLY?

Yes. All memberships auto-renew monthly until you cancel! Payments are automatically charged to your credit on the date that you originally purchased the membership. For example, if you paid on the 5th of May, then your next payment will be charged on the 5th of June. We can only accept credit cards.

WHAT IF MY CARD IS DECLINED?

Please do your best to keep your credit card information updated in your profile as we are charged a small fee when an auto-payment card is declined. When a payment does not go through it gets automatically transferred as a balance owed on your account and you will need to settle this amount once your credit card information has been updated.

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Unlimited memberships are for one individual and not meant to be shared.

I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A RECURRING CHARGE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Unable to commit to an auto-renewing membership? No worries! We have other package options that are also offered at a discounted rate per class.

DO YOU HAVE STUDENT DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We offer student discount of 15% off for our Day Tripper and Ticket to Ride pricing options.
