Anna Kowaleski Passionate about movement and the human body, Anna combines her practice as a yoga teacher and a certified massage therapist. Her yoga teaching expresses a balance between understanding one’s body anatomically, honouring the roots of yoga, and finding joy and wellbeing through the practice. Anna received her 250hr yoga teacher certification in 2017 from Luna Yoga Montreal, her Acroyoga certification in 2017, her Restorative Yoga certification in 2018, and her certification in Swedish Massage in 2021.

Andrea Rubin I've been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, and teaching group studio classes, private and corporate classes for the last 9. I have also led several retreats both around Montreal and abroad. I teach basic, beginner and strong beginner/all levels classes that incorporate intelligent and creative sequencing and detailed cuing. I try to bring compassion, support and spirited play into my teaching and to meet every student where they are in order to make the practice approachable and engaging. When I'm not practicing yoga I work as a registered dietitian, and have studied ayurvedic wellness/nutrition, pranayama and yoga nidra in order to combine the best of Eastern and Western approaches to wellbeing. I am so grateful to be part of the Luna community and to share this practice through classes and the teacher training.

Léa Perret A new Canadian originally from France, Léa has been practicing and studying yoga since 2009. With a background in hip hop dance and competitive sport aerobics, Frances first began practicing yoga in 2006 when she started working for lululemon athletica. This became her new passion and way of life. To her, dance is very much an outward expression, whereas yoga offers an opportunity for self-reflection. In 2011, Frances completed her 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training with Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York. In January 2013, she became a certified Advanced Jivamukti Teacher and in May 2015 she had the honour and privilege of mentoring the Jivamukti Teacher Training in New York. She draws from experiences and relationships in all areas of her life to bring creativity, compassion, joy and laughter to her classes and teachings.
