Andrea was first introduced to yoga more than 20 years ago, and has been practicing regularly since 2008. She kept coming back to her mat for the immense physical and mental benefits it provided. As a registered dietitian with a background in cooking she counsels people to improve their food choices and feel better in their own skin. Her message of empowerment through personal choices and actions is woven into all of her teachings. She graduated from Luna's 250-hr YogaFlo Teacher Training in the summer of 2014 and is filled with gratitude for the inspiring teachers she has found there. You can find her at
