OCTOBER - MEDITATION

Plunge into the depths of meditation and mindfulness, learning techniques, types while examining emotions and intentions that come into play. You will learn how to work through them and guide your students, cultivating practices for daily living.

We will also be exploring the benefits of prenatal yoga, the stages of pregnancy, general rules and how to work with the pregnant body.
