Fundamentals of Yoga 4-week series is perfect whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to strengthen the foundation of your existing yoga practice.
A steady yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.
Each week will introduce a new series of yoga poses, the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, and connect poses and breath in moving meditation. All classes provide hands-on alignment and will include the use of props (blocks, straps, etc.) to deepen and fine-tune the practice.
The course will build progressively on lessons learned in previous weeks and will prepare you to step confidently into any of Yoga Flo 1 classes. You can choose any of the classes, individual classes or take on the entire series.
