Join Frances for a special Jivamukti class for a very personal cause!

Though there is currently no cure for Lupus there have been many advances through research and clinical studies that have made it possible for those affected by the illness to continue to live a full, normal, healthy life.

The month of May is Lupus awareness month. For every yogi who attends this class the studio will donate $10 to the Singer Family Lupus Fund at the Montreal General Hospital and all donations are matched by hospital.

All that is necessary to make a contribution is your presence! Additional donations are welcome and appreciated, but not required.

Engaging in meditative inquiry while in a deep state of rest, the iRest® Research shows that iRest® Yoga Nidra effectively reduces Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, anxiety, insomnia, Attention Deficit Disorder & Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, chronic pain, chemical dependency, and daily stress levels.
