Lina Khayyat
Teacher
Lina’s yoga journey began with the occasional class, but it wasn’t until 2021 that her practice became a steady and important part of her life. In 2025, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Luna Yoga and immediately began teaching at the studio. She is especially drawn to yoga philosophy and enjoys weaving its ideas into her classes, presenting yoga as both a physical practice and a way to reflect on everyday life. With a background in psychology and neuroscience, she is interested in how yoga connects to the study of the mind and hopes to pursue further research in this area.
In her teaching, she focuses on creating a balanced environment where students can build strength and flexibility while also taking time for reflection. Her classes create space for students to experience the physical benefits of practice while also exploring its deeper meaning.
