FAQs:

  • This is an autopay membership with no minimum commitment! If you love it, we hope you’ll stay with us forever. If it doesn’t work for you anymore, no problem! You are responsible for canceling your membership 1 week before your billing date to avoid being charged. We do not offer refunds.

  • Most definitely. We know how busy life can get! You can pause your membership up to 3 times per year.

    *We require 1 week notice for all pause requests.

  • Yes. All memberships auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are automatically charged to your credit on the date that you originally purchased the membership. For example, if you paid on the 5th of May, then your next payment will be charged on the 5th of June. We can only accept credit cards.

  • Please do your best to keep your credit card information updated in your profile as we are charged a small fee when an auto-payment card is declined. When a payment does not go through it gets automatically transferred as a balance owed on your account and you will need to settle this amount once your credit card information has been updated.

  • Unlimited memberships are for one individual and not meant to be shared.

  • Unable to commit to an auto-renewing membership? No worries! We have other package options that are also offered at a discounted rate per class.

  • Yes! We offer student discount of 15% off for our Day Tripper and Ticket to Ride pricing options.
