PURCHASE POLICY
All services purchased from Luna Yoga must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a Contact Information form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Luna Yoga, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

All cancellation requests must be made by email more than 1 week before your next billing date.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made after your billing date. -
You may cancel up to 2 hours before class begins. There is a late cancel/no show fee of $10. Note that all class and package purchases are non-refundable.

Once one registers for a workshop, their space is reserved. To cancel, the workshop the participant must contact the studio (by phone, email to info@lunayoga.ca, or in person) 48 hours or more before the workshop. No credits will be issued within 48 hours of a workshop. If Luna Yoga cancels a workshop the workshop participant may choose a refund or account credit.
**Guest Teacher Policy; non-refundable 1 week prior to workshop -
No refunds will be issued on teacher training payments. Attendance is mandatory for all weekends. Missed training weekends may be credited towards future Luna Yoga teacher trainings, but solely for those weekends that cover the missed subjects and classes. All weekends must be completed within 2 years time.
**Guest Teacher Policy; non-refundable 1 month prior to training -
No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within 30 days of the retreat. If we must cancel due to insufficient enrollment, the amount will be refunded fully.

A refund on the rental fee will be issued only if we receive notice within 48 hours (2 days) of the need to cancel, minus a $20 administrative fee. A credit of the deposit toward classes or workshops will be issued only if the cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the event, minus a $20 administrative fee. No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within 48 hours of the event.

Your session time and the teacher's time is reserved for you. If a Private Class is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session, the fee will be charged in full. Private Group classes and Private Events have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be charged in full.
