Canadian Yoga Alliance Certified Continued Education Series

Yin Teacher Training (25hr)
Continued Education Series:
Friday June 5th to Sunday June 7th, 2026

This 25-hour Yin Yoga teacher training offers an in-depth exploration of the distinctive Yin approach while equipping you with the skills to guide others safely and responsibly. Whether you are new to Yin yoga or building on existing knowledge this certification offers an inspiring journey into this quietly passive yet deeply transformative practice. Discover the history, principles, postures, sequencing, meridian theory, benefits and many more aspects of Yin yoga while uncovering its unique impact on the body. As you experience longer held poses designed to target the deepest tissues of the body: our ligaments, joints, and deep fascia networks, explore mindfulness techniques that cultivate awareness, focus, and presence. Suitable for teachers, practitioners, and students alike, this training can be approached as a therapeutic practice or a path for personal growth. You don’t need to aspire to teach—only the openness to fully immerse yourself in the depth and subtlety of Yin Yoga.

Completion of two Yin yoga classes is required as a prerequisite.
