After the energy of our January Challenge, February invites us to find balance—continuing to move, while also making space to pause. Pause, Practice + Peace is a 21-day journey designed to complement your active vinyasa practice with restorative moments that support recovery, nervous-system reset, and deeper connection to your breath. Throughout the journey, you’re encouraged to keep showing up for your regular flow classes, while also weaving in our slower, grounding offerings—creating a rhythm of effort and ease that helps you stay consistent, energized, and well through winter.
Your February rhythm includes:
Yin Yoga — Sundays at 11:00am and Thursdays at 7:30pm
Flo into Yin — Fridays at 5:30pm (the perfect blend of movement and deep release)
Virtual meditation sessions and special events to support rest, reflection, and resilience
