After the energy of our January Challenge, February invites us to find balance—continuing to move, while also making space to pause. Pause, Practice + Peace is a 21-day journey designed to complement your active vinyasa practice with restorative moments that support recovery, nervous-system reset, and deeper connection to your breath. Throughout the journey, you’re encouraged to keep showing up for your regular flow classes, while also weaving in our slower, grounding offerings—creating a rhythm of effort and ease that helps you stay consistent, energized, and well through winter.

Your February rhythm includes:

  • Yin Yoga — Sundays at 11:00am and Thursdays at 7:30pm

  • Flo into Yin — Fridays at 5:30pm (the perfect blend of movement and deep release)

  • Virtual meditation sessions and special events to support rest, reflection, and resilience

This journey is about more than slowing down—it’s about practicing sustainably. By balancing strong, active classes with intentional stillness, you’ll support your body, calm your mind, and build habits that carry you through the rest of winter feeling grounded and steady—on and off the mat.
