Flo to Nidra for a Cause — Thanksgiving Food Drive
Join Andrea this Thanksgiving Monday, October 13th, for a special Yoga + Yoga Nidra class dedicated to giving back.
Let’s share the abundance by bringing a non-perishable food donation in support of Moisson Montréal, the city’s largest food bank helping those in need.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow accessible to all levels, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to ground your body and calm your mind. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, reflect on what you’re grateful for, and give meaningfully this holiday.
All proceeds go to Moisson Montréal. Bring a non-perishable food item to donate.
Some suggestions for products to collect:
Rice (Rice, quinoa, couscous, bulgur)
Pasta
Pasta sauce
Oil
Cereals/Oatmeal (Muesli, Fiber & Bran/Oat Flakes)
Flour
Nut
Dried fruits
Sugar
Peanut or almond butter
Coffee
Legumes (Lentils, beans, chickpeas in bags or cans)
Milks (Only Grand Pré milk, almond milk, soy milk)
Infant formula (baby purees, powdered milk, diapers, hygiene products)
Hygiene products (sanitary napkins, toilet paper, toothpaste)
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened products with undamaged packaging and current labeling can be donated.
