Meagan discovered yoga after being introduced to the practice by a friend in 2014 and hasn’t looked back. Her practice deepened while living and working in Costa Rica in 2019 as a PADI Divemaster. Realizing that the pranayama techniques she learned in yoga could transfer to her scuba and freediving routine, she began practicing breathwork and vinyasa daily. What surprised her most was the extent to which pranayama supported stress reduction and overall mental well-being.

Meagan completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Luna in early 2026, with the intention of sharing the benefits of the mind-body connection with her students. She will complete her Yin Teacher Training with Luna in June 2026 and plans to pursue additional training in pranayama and breathwork later this year.

Her flow classes emphasize yoga philosophy and the use of breath to guide a moving meditation.
