Restorative Teacher Training with Andrea Peloso
November 27-29, 2026

Restorative Yoga Training has been a life changing experience for me. Not only did I learn about the practice itself and how to teach it with Andrea’s compassionate guidance, I was also able to heal myself of adrenal fatigue. It is amazing what this type of yoga can do to your entire being as you allow yourself some space and time to stop, breathe, let go, enjoy and rest. What a journey!
— Christine Tremblayce

In this course we will study everything you need to know to teach excellent Restorative Yoga classes and guide students in a deep practice that will truly make a difference in their lives. You will be able to teach set ups and classes that have maximum impact. The science of the nervous system and many different postures in various configurations. In Restorative Yoga excellent propping and placement of props is key for students to have a meaningful experience so we will explore the precision and placement of propping on many different body types. All of the most essential Restorative poses for group classes and students of all levels will be explored with many variations in detail - including when more or less props are available without compromising quality. We will explore the nuance and complexities of creating safer spaces for ourselves and others and develop a platform for deep experiences in the postures. Students will be shadowed after the training weekend to refine their abilities and gain personal and practical depth of knowledge.
