New Year’s Class with Jenn
Thursday January 1st, 3pm to 4:30pm


Join Jenn for a special New Year’s class that begins with a 15-minute Wheel of Life reflection to review the past year, followed by intention setting for 2026. We’ll then move into a 75-minute yoga practice to ignite your energy, clear your mind, and set the tone for a year of strength, balance, and transformation.

Arrive ready to pause, reflect, and realign — then flow into the new year grounded, empowered, and inspired.

And in celebration of new beginnings, for every student who attends, Luna Yoga will donate one tree through Forest Canada’s reforestation program.

Jennifer Maagendans is a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and environmentalist. She is the director and founder of Luna Yoga in Old Montreal. Practicing yoga since 1996, Jennifer has a background in gymnastics, is a certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, and holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Concordia University. Her teaching emphasizes inner peace and happiness, as well as a strong connection to the earth. In addition to her teaching, she has led yoga retreats in Canada, Mexico and Costa Rica. In 2008, Jennifer released her first instructional video, Yoga Flo for Peace and followed it up in 2010 with Yoga Flo for the Earth.
