Delve deeper into the origins of Yoga; what is it, and what are the main texts of reference? This first weekend of training we will look at the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Patanjali's yoga sutras.

3:45-5:00pm: Om, Patanjali’s 8-limb Yoga System
5:00-7:00pm: Lokah Samastah, Asana, What is Yoga

2:30-3:00pm: Homework
3:00-3:15pm: Break
