Stéphanie is the mother of 3 young children and a lawyer. In 2004, she unrolled her mat for the first time at Luna Yoga and she has never left since. It is through yoga and meditation that she has found the balance and energy she needed to reconcile her work life and family life and that she has learned the importance of the present moment, which enables her to fully savour each passing instant. Stéphanie expresses her recognition and gratitude to each of her teachers, who shared their knowledge, wisdom and passion for yoga throughout the years. In 2016, Stéphanie completed the 250-hour teacher training at Luna Yoga. It's with humility and joy that she now commits herself to the path of teaching, with the desire to share her passion for yoga and her genuine desire to offer her students an practice that is invigorating for the body and calming for the mind. In her teaching, just as with her work, Stéphanie defends with conviction the right for equality, respect of differences and the recognition of the inherent dignity of each individual person.
