With a diverse athletic background, Natasha first discovered yoga when she moved to Montreal in 2008 at the age of 17. She is forever thankful to her sister who introduced her to yoga. Shortly after she started practicing, Natasha came to understand yoga as a lifestyle, loving the way it felt in her body, heart and mind. Every practice taught her something new and left her wanting to deepen her practice even more. She discovered Luna Yoga while working at lululemon athletica during university where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. She felt a special connection to the studio, teachers, and teaching methods. After practicing and learning from her guru and Luna’s studio owner Jennifer, Natasha decided to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Luna Yoga in 2011. She is now teaching yoga and studying to complete her Natural Nutrition diploma with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Natasha brings a creative, dynamic, and centered approach to her classes emphasizing on inner peace, happiness and self-reflection. Natasha is a Jivamukti certified yoga teacher.
