It was after a trip to Cambodia that yoga quickly became an essential part of Myriam’s life. While searching to deepen her practice, she met Frances, manager and teacher at Luna Yoga. She immediately joined the studio and decided to sign up for the 250-hour teacher training, which she completed in February of 2017. For Myriam, yoga is more than just a physical practice, it’s a profound and complete spiritual practice as well. Later she added meditation (Vipassana) to her life, as it allows her to find more emotional balance and escape from daily stress. Her wish is to now be able to share this practice of well being. Outside of her yoga mat, Myriam is an independent artistic director and graphic designer and enjoys playing music in her spare time.
