Marie Claire Gagnier
Marie Claire's yoga practice began in 2007, and has since been a practice for Peace and Bliss through body, breath and mind. Since 2010, her lively teaching style focuses on exploring alignment and fluidity, while blending strength and ease for whole health. After completing her 200hr Yoga Flo YTT at Luna Yoga in 2013, she now fuses elements of Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Blissology and yin yoga. Moreover, Marie Claire is a ray of sunshine in her communities and is involved in environmental causes. Empowering her students toward positivity, love, and lasting happiness, her approach emphasizes uplifting relationships with ourselves, our communities and most importantly Nature.
