Since 2002, yoga has been an integral part of Lysiane’s life. A lawyer at the “Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse” and mother of three adolescents, Lysiane first turned to yoga as means to manage stress and overcome life’s daily challenges. Over time, her practice deepened. Yoga became her refuge and her springboard at the same time. It’s a unique way to increase awareness and find a state of well-being, openness and authenticity.
Upon completing her teacher training at Luna Yoga in Montreal in 2017, she discovered her love for teaching. The privilege of sharing her passion of yoga with others so that they can enjoy the benefits of the practice brings her immense happiness. She guides dynamic Vinyasa flow practices that emphasize fluidity of movement, alignment, breath, meditation and spirituality. A defender of human dignity and respect for everyone’s differences, Lysiane teaches with an inclusive and respectful approach, creating a joyful and welcoming environment.
Lysiane wishes to thank her teachers Jennifer Maagendans, owner of Luna Yoga, Frances Vicente, Bram Levinson and Athanassia Bitzakidis for their precious teachings that have made a difference in her life.
