Gaëlle is a litigation lawyer. She first discovered yoga in 2010, as a pure workout. However, when she started practising at Luna Yoga, she quickly discovered all the benefits of yoga, for the body as well as for mind, especially in making peace with who you are and dealing with your emotions. Having recently graduated from the 250 hour teacher training at Luna Yoga, Gaëlle takes every opportunity to improve her knowledge by attending workshops. Yoga has become a way of life. She hopes to share with her students all the benefits of yoga, while bringing her enthusiasm, humour and sensitivity to class.
