JULY - PHILOSOPHY, CHANTING & SANSKRIT

The yoga scriptures are so vast that it can sometimes be daunting to delve into them on your own. This weekend will not only be about learning about various yoga texts, but also participating in discussion about how the teachings can be applied to our daily life, practice and classes. For those interested in learning to read yoga texts in their original script, as well as proper pronunciation of mantras for chanting in class, there will also be a portion of the weekend dedicated to Sanskrit.
