Vegan Parmesan Cheese
So easy, so good and so versatile, you’ll find yourself trying to find things to sprinkle this stuff on!
• 3/4 cup cashews, or mix a combination of nuts, like pine nuts, walnuts, almonds, etc.
• 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
• 3/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder or onion
Measure and place all ingredients into a mini chopper or food processor. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh. Lasts for several weeks.
