6:00-7:00pm: Asana practice
7:15-9:00pm: Skeletal system and how it moves applied to asana

Saturday
1:00-5:30pm: Muscular system and movement applied to asana, diaphragm and breath
5:30-7:00pm: Asana practice

Sunday
1:00-2:00pm: Systems of the body
2:00-3:00pm: Group work/homework
3:00-5:30pm: Contraindications/clinical yoga and review
5:30-7:00pm: Asana practice
